How to tell a ©2003 1st edition from a ©2007 2nd edition:
the 1st edition title has no sub-title on the cover and is 324 pgs vs 384 pgs in the 2nd edition.
Also the subtitle on the title page inside the book omits the words "AND ENGINEER".

In most of the 1st editions there is a coupon sticker located inside the front cover.
However, if there is no coupon sticker, the exchange offer still applies.
